Pumpkin and seeds sensory bag - touch and feel

What you'll need:
- 1/4 or 1/2 a pumpkin with seeds.
- 1 ziplock bag
- Stovetop pot with steamer
- Water for boiling
What to do:
- Skin and cut pumpkin into chunks with seeds attached.
- Bring pot of water to the boil and place pumpkin into steamer.
- Cook until soft and then leave to cool.
- Put pumpkin chunks and seeds into the ziplock bag and seal closed.
- Encourage your child to squish and squeeze the pumpkin in the bag.
- Once pumpkin is all mashed, play hide & seek with the seeds, or encourage pushing in different directions.
